Chocolate Laddu | Coconut White Chocolate Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 200g white chocolate 

  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla

  • Some roasted nuts

Method:

  1. Microwave chocolate with cream for 40 to 60 seconds & stir.

  2. Add butter and stir until smooth, add coconut flakes and vanilla, mix well.

  3. Let it cool down, cover & refrigerate for a couple of hours until the mixture gets firm.

  4. Take a gooseberry sized ball & place the nut in the centre.

  5. Cover & roll into small a ball.

  6. Roll the ball into coconut flakes. Store that in an airtight container.
